Lunch:
3 oz of shrimp
1/2 a cucumber
4 large strawberries
Dinner at 5:30 - consisted of:
1) 3 oz of sliced chicken breast (like you'd put on a sandwich)
2) a tomato
3) 4 Large strawberries
11:06 pm - not hungry at all
I also provided much amusement to my coworkers today as I took the HCG and detox drops through an eyedropper during our training session.
